Barkley’s Cowboy Coffee, Est. 2023, by The Barkley Family. We are a hardworking, busy family like most in the East Texas area! A little bit about us; We moved to Troup a year ago from Gilmer and bought a Ranch to run our Cow/Calf operation, Barkley Cattle Co. My Husband, Clay, was born and raised in Jacksonville, TX and I, Malissa, was born and raised in Dallas. We have 3 boys Seth and his wife Savannah and our Grandbaby Kade, and Tyler and Cole. We are a very close knit family and love the small town feel of Troup! In September we decided to purchase our Downtown Building, and offer something a little different to the Troup Community, Barkley’s Cowboy Coffee. My Mom, Debbie, and I will be the faces you see when you visit our shop! We hope to have a little something for everyone! Even those that don’t like coffee or espresso! We would love to get to know the community and hope that Cowboy Coffee will be a place to hang out, gather, and enjoy for many years to come!
